James is currently a Senior Associate attorney at the law firm of Sobel Pevzner LLC located in New York City where he practices corporate transactional law and complex commercial litigation, serving as the general counsel for a diverse portfolio of companies involved in emerging technology markets. James is also an Executive Board member of the United Nations Association, SDNY Division, an author, and a frequent lecturer across the country, acclaimed for his presentations on emerging technology trends, regulatory policy, and strategic business guidance.
